In your scenario, the RR1 Share price must reach 4.7 cents before the RR1OA breaks even with the RR1 purchase. The market cap of RR1 must be $53M.
As I said, too much risk. It is not leverage. Leverage is when I could have bought RR1OA for 0.05 cents (I was sitting at 0.4 cents) while RR1 was 1.6 cents. Leverage is 3 to 1 at that level.
