Taking your quite achievable CF of 4.5 cps which at this stage is tax free and goes straight to the bottom line and using a conservative PE of say 8, this implies a SP of 34 cents.
Once we prove up reserves for a long life mine, the PE should increase dramatically and these figures are based on less than half filling the mill.
With no debt, dividends should be achievable in the next year or so. This is looking like a great investment.
