I'm wondering how they control processing staff costs when operating the plant for 14 days while processing way less than half the plants capacity.

I'm not up to speed on plant operating times. The ES tells us that the higher the feed grade the longer the ore needs to stay in the plant which is why plant capacity is dependant on Feed grade.

I thought the number of days they would operate the plant would be proportional to the % of capacity they were processing.

Can anyone give us the heads up on how the shifts work.

Can they run the plant for less than 24 hours a day and just have it on care and maintenance for the rest of the day?
