For further clarity the Fundamental Valuation is detached from current valuation being the former IMO should be 3-5x higher. So management needs to make a statement and all future raises are well above current valuations. It doesn't matter if the SP still remains detached as long as they are not burning existing shareholders with raises like the most recent placement, things will reverse and improve. Trying to manufacture hype without addressing structural issues won't work. New investors need at least some level of assurance management won't rug them with another CR. We're barely past the recent CR and investors are already worried about the next. Cornerstone the next CR at a premium and that fixes the problem.
