Simple explanation is that he drilled the upper, quartz-barite stockwork rich part of the Gap FW replacement style, cum-late structural stockwork veining of a receptive porous dacite pumice breccia unit (virtually same as the Carrington lode). I'm barracking for this hail mary theory, just can't see it fits.

So, get some good gold numbers in RD001, but nowhere near the flyers in questionable 6m @ 54g/t un-cut zone RC002), then what? It's inside the Gap lode as predicted, they haven't drilled any right angle E-W holes into the FW zone deeps yet (and why not do that first up if that is the theory to test?). Nice little jewellery box the size of a cricket pitch maybe, but that doesn't move the needle without some dodgy MRE gymnastics...

Watching this one with a lot of interest. Good Geo, brave call, easy to see it disspaointing.

When you say pin point drilling the obvious, do you think DK had a crystal ball and expected to hit 17m @ 22.14 g/t Au from 67m, including 6m @ 58.74 g/t Au from 68m?

Anyway, you may think it's easy to see it disappointing but others here have done very well. Tep, could go back to 1c or that cricket pitch could turn into the MCG.........the joys of riding a microcap explorer.
