I am more than surprised that this news has not sent the share...

I am more than surprised that this news has not sent the share price rocketing. I thought the market was only holding back with the view that further raisings would be needed. I cannot see them needing to ever raise from the market again. These funds (and the oppies that should be in the money in Sept) plus the oppies that are not listed should get the project through to a completed final feasibility and debt funding should be available from a variety of sources for the construction costs.

I really believe that this is the end to any dilution through capital raisings which I would think is enough to make the share price get back into the mid to high 20s. Is there something that I am missing? Besides some dilution over the last 8 months what has changed in the resource that the market valued in the mid 30's at one point.
