Exactly, you don't waste this kind of money without doing proper DD. More than most of us on here would have done. Very different to a raise where you get a bunch of free oppies and your downside is protected.
This is closer to institutional investment. They benefit from it being a royalty of course, but they also take on the risk of that royalty being worthless if this does not get up. Therefore it's a MASSIVE vote of confidence from taurus that this will be mined. That means they must trust the DSO is going ahead. I can't see them waiting for a proper concentrator/float plant which would be years after DSO due to permitting. Money has a time coefficient on it and they would be well aware of this.
