Except this is a royalty deal, not a raise. So all that fearmongering about a raise in august looks like it's not happening. Same with the fearmongering about DSO being delayed. As per this announcement it's on track and permitting underway.
And now we have an institution that put 18m of their money on the line that DSO does go ahead on time. Furthermore it appears they bought the other royalty on market prior, so that's a fair bit of conviction. If this does not go ahead they make 0 money.
Very different to a capital raise.
