The basis and theme here are that we've got indicated high margins... and as per announcement this funding will help next year's logistics.
Dave has made historical mention previously of bringing in a partner... it seems we've practically achieved that now in a more complete way... through gradual agreement of GOR.
~2% seems fair if everything indicated pans out... even with existing BAY ownership and potential further buyout terms (?more royalty)
