''Comfortably'' in retail investor land could be different from ''comfortably'' in MD land.
For the retail investor it would have more to do with timeframes, a few days before, a week before... The closer it gets, the fingernails get bitten down to the bone.
For the MD who has been working on the deal for months ''comfortably'', in my view, means that it would be done within that timeframe. To say ''comfortably'', means that he is very confident that it will be achieved.
Not much is built into the share price at the moment, I think that a deal with 70% finance will be well received by the market, but it may or may not happen right away. It will be the first commercial deal for the Leigh Creek Project, all of a sudden all the other ticks and de-risking events becoming real and relevant. Other doors could start to open (others may even start to close)....
Good luck Cheyne, I don't think LCK or Phil will let us down on this.
Back to chomping on my fingernails ...!
