further exploration upside, feed stock, projects and REE's longer LOM = attract higher multiples closer to industry peers So in production you would think even after % of project retained we could hope for higher PE than 10x?Is that conservative given peers, and coming online into record high prices with LOM upside likely?thanks again for your commentary ----- patience will be what gets us the big bucks. im going to wait for production or i feel ill forever regret selling for 5 x my money (in at 17.4c) vs 15 x my money by waiting another 18 months or so.
