A merge is about to happen with Appstablishment in the coming months.
He also commented his disappointment with how the market did not react with the news last Dec on the Fiserv Visa/Mastercard deal and that the recent SP has lagged behind.
Phase 2 Testing on the Fiserv services is expected to complete at the end of next week and then a launch date to be updated to the market beginning March. That isn't far away.
