The bad news is that when SML have paid back their debt to LOM, we will only be getting 40% of the cash distribution to partners instead of 70%. (For those not aware, the current distributions are split 50:50 between a dividend and loan repayment, of which we get 40% and 100% of respectively, so 40% x 50% + 100% x 50% = 70%)
I'm wondering if the outstanding debt to LOM is part of the ownership % discussion.
