Watch from 3:20, Mike does mention a bit about why he chose Reynolds Range and previous exploration at Reynolds Range and his thoughts, to put it simply, from my interpretation he basically is suggesting the previous work done there was not thorough enough and the drilling was quick, shallow and dirty.
