My guess is that the largest shareholders comes back for another crack and offers 5c - 7c to take the company out before the new filter press sees production delivering v strong results.
They obviously tried substantially increase their position the wrong way via the rights issue underwriting, so we know there's strong intent for these guys to own A LOT more of the company in the short term.
