This is a wild bet on the Glencore debt coming through by JP.
This raise won't get GLN through the quarter. If Glencore falls through, GLN won't be able to raise again on realistic terms and will have to halt construction is my bet. Textbook how NOT to fund a project.
This is a huge gamble for buyers at these levels with no upside in share price for either outcome really.
