JP is clearly banking on Glancore signing up.
If they do he has done the right thing continuing construction. I doubt Glencore's DD could be done properly without seeing genuine construction results.
Timing of the CR and sentiment is harsh but JP and management cannot wear that.
Imagine 3 months ago construction was suspended. Then what? No Glencore, no nothing. The SP would be smashed to here and not construction would be done.
Emotions are high. A chill out is required for some grumpy holders.
