@WM03 that was my logic when I had confidence in the management team not to dilute, but I think the market (aided by analyst like Macquarie) are anticipating increasingly dilutive raisings, as the debt markets shun Galan. They do not have any good financial advisors on their side, and should have been lining up a competitive project financing process this time last year. If they'd been humble enough to seek advice, they would have got a funding/development partner years ago.
