    I was at the conference presentation.

    I have upgraded my thinking on the dividend. I thought the May divvie would be small (1c), with others to follow.

    Following the conference, I still think the May divvie is only the first of a series, but I think now maybe 2c or even 2.5c, with lots more to come as the cash flows in.
