I think you will find the CEO Paul Benheim own the majority of shares. Those shares as well as the top 20 are in escrow until Jan 2020 so no chance of any large sell OFF's until then. Also there would be no dilution as those shares already exists , they are just held as above in escrow. I would recheck your dates if I were you.
