You sound like all the APX bagholders. If you think it's actually that cheap go ahead and buy up
BFL provides a relative value anchor now so much less likely to head to jan 2020 prices for no reason. Trading around book value for a EM / frontier bank doesnt seem terribly mispriced. Good news is that it seems to be around the bottom of most long term valuation ranges so downside probably limited.
