USA is talking about spending $80 billion on Paclfic Nations to cement it's sphere of influence.
Clearly Aust is involved.
PNG has forestry, natural gas and fisheries all of interest to Asian economic interests.
PNG Government will seek to maximise it's Nations Interests, and the economy should radically improve.
So in the past KSL raised capital in Aust markets with controversal results, and now has tepid interest in it's share price on the ASX.
Clearly it is entitled as an independant player in an independant country, to seek partnerships to it's North.
