Only sell stocks when you need the money. If you need money and play the stock market thinking you will make short term gains then you will definitely lose in the long run - never sell when a stock when it loses cyclical revenue and has no debt and has become deeply undervalued.

CDA, IRI, BVS, NXL and few more I am in.
