As expected, SRG is a leaky ship, with we pleb shareholders being the last to hear about the shocking mess the merger has created. Seems those in the know received the report a week ago and abandoned ship. This was supposed to be a merger of equals, yet if I understand it correctly the unmerged SRG gave us next to no revenue; most of the increased revenue ($68m) comes from the facades business, vs $6m from the old SRG. Plus we inherited $3.2m in writedowns from the old SRG. I bet these writedowns will continue into the future too.
Those that recommended the merger with this poison chalice need to lose their jobs.
