i think patient has nailed it.
i bought at around 2.60 before the announcement because i believe in the business model and think the merger will reap rewards in a year or so, no point selling just because the capital has been diluted and the result has all the pain of the merger but none of the long term benefits have been realised yet
(spoiler alert.... sp will be a lot higher in 1-2yrs for the medium term investor).
