Wartsila, are a reputable international OEM that has a reputation of taking no prisoners in Australia, So if PGX hasn't executed the contract in its entirely it wont be good outcome unfortunately. HOWEVER if they have executed accordingly they will get paid 80 to 100% what they are potentially owed.
