When the irrational behavior balances out a bit, and it shows some stability, at around $3.15 to $3.10, I will consider buying back in. It is hard to know when this occurs and rational decisions can again be made. If the situation stays unstable, who knows how bad a revenue hit SGR will take, and whether the next dividend payment will be drastically revised?
