yes it was a length issue only, the previous CEO wrote a comment against AU Manufacturing linked in post a few weeks ago when Senator Rex Patrick grilled the snowy hydro CEO on the purchase decision, word is the previous CEO was working with Rex Patricks team to get it overturned, not sure if any progress since he left BIS??
