'The Australian' in print on Monday 19 March 2023 will have a lengthy article about NZ dairy products being cheaper in Australian supermarkets, especially butter.
The article discusses how we face a shortage. or lower production, of milk solids given some dairyfarmers have and are exiting due to a variety of factors.
Worth buying the paper if you don't subscribe as I do.
