Don't know about you but I invest to move forward. SP is only just higher than it was 12 months ago and div has been further slashed.
Take the rose coloured glasses off and see how poorly run the company has become. Poor capital management selling assets to rent them back at a ridiculous lease amount and do nothing but pay off debt, waste and production costs at 2/3 income is a terrible figure. How many times in the last 12 months did we revise EBITA? expect to see that happen again as yet again a large number has been forecast and the synergies are yet to produce a result. Heck growth isn't even keeping up with inflation.
I have a friend who drives trucks for BGA and the stores he tells of double shipments and overall poor transport management is boots on the ground evidence of my claims.
