Barry might be a great guy and good for the industry, I take it he is a mate of yours going from what you have posted. Can't deny he and his team aren't delivering results to shareholders, treading water for prices seen 12 months ago (remember the days when we traded in the $8 range....) and divs constantly being slashed.
A change is needed before more stupid decisions are made to offload assets to lease them back at ridiculous rates and do nothing with the capital besides pay debt. Very good demonstration of poor capital management
