I followed the thread as it was written and as much as I scanned your pdf many times to fully understand it, I am no accountant. to me it looks like it will take around 10 years to finalise the return on investment, and you have assumed the whole 30mil will be spent on the build.

I do remember reading in last years financials and presentation that DEL were trying to build 2 plants at the same time. I.e. in conjunction, or parallel. if they are spending all 30m on the cost plant how are they funding the parallel build unless the first plant is profitable within the first few years.
