    This is a pretty resilient performance for bottom of the cycle conditions. EBIT at around $700 million )forecast for the year) isn't a bad effort considering the OLD BlueScope that nearly went bankrupt would have run at losses.
    US Steel spreads have slowly increased from their lows which is promising.
