For all of the "great" efforts the cash profit was less than $500k for HY 21 , and negative after interest costs yet they paid out millions to those shareholders you are referring to.
I think the artificial dividend as a one off special has increased the SP to above a fair value at a time we should be using cash to buy more tech businesses like Enzumo
