    I think that they are trying to say that 2021 was boosted by the pandemic and 2020 is more indicative of the underlying business .

    What’s more interesting is the appointment of Luminis Partners. An investment bank. Sounds like the major shareholders are putting up the ‘For Sale’ sign.
