Looks pretty disappointing to me. HGA doing a lot of heavy lifting helped by covid lockdowns. That tailwind will unwind as we transition out of the pandemic. The weakness in the core MB product is concerning. Profitability almost halved despite revenue rising ~20%. I'm assuming a lot of the extra marketing spend went into this and explains some of the result?
These guys have a history of overpaying for acquisitions.
