I think recruitment of sales staff will continue at pace. DW said that if Ed gets the US sales team to 54 by the end of March that he will be calling for Ed to do another leg up to 70.
Remember DW's metric that he spoke about at the beginning: Average sales person costs approx. $100k pa and brings in $1m pa in sales.
The US average sales person was at $118k sales for the month of January.
As long as that is the case they will continue to increase the sales team. As Jan noted, there are some 6000 hospitals in the States. There's a long way to go before they have saturated the market with sales people.
And Ed observed: "There isn't one account that we are tapped out on". They will keep expanding the sales team to increase sales across territories and within accounts.
