I agree with you on analysts being spooked by the cost raise and I heard them all during the presos Q&A. PNV board and management have decided to sell the property as their modelling was probably showing dipped cash flow. Is that going to be enough time will tell. If sales and growth do not eventuate it will not I think, but we will cross that bridge when we got to it
