Yes. Seems that way. They must have had some very bullish estimates for Dec and Jan if those figures make them reduce their price target by half.
We have to remember that most analysist are very inexperienced and just put their guesses into spreadsheets. In fairness to them they have to follow lots of companies so are rarely experts on any.
