I don't think its nit-picking to point out that your criticism of the company management relies on denial that the break even strategy for growth at the expense of profit is the reason for increased costs, or even that it is a deliberate strategy at all.
You seem to be suggesting that there should be some better way to increase sales and market share than committing all the revenue to aggressively increase the size of the sales force or that the sales force or management or not working hard enough.
