"why did MSB get shafted and not poly, after all both have had the same problem with shorts being over 9%" - I suspect the fact that one company has rapidly growing revenues, demonstrated it can hit breakeven when it wants to, while the other company is still burning through heaps of cash, no meaningful increase in revenue in sight, might have something to do with it.
