I dig into the details of their business model sometimes ago and I was amaze how fast they can roll out store with little cost and fast operating profit
they basically standardise all their stores, there is no massive stores, all of them are of similar foot print and layout
because of this they can open a store within a week from the time get they the key to the door at most 2 weeks
when they acquire Beeline during the pandemic with 110 odd stores, it takes them bugger all time to covert them all to Lovisa stores
and start turning them into cash cow machine
this will be one of Aussie retail success in years to come and there will be stories and studies on this amazing model
