    More reinforcement for punitive action against the merchandising manager for woeful stock selection and for the CEO who sanctioned an absurd over ordering of crap stock. Companies don’t make mistakes - people within the company do. Ironical how rewards are paid but mistakes aren’t punished.

    Perhaps my greatest fear is the depressing culture which must be building within the company.
