Might be worth me mentioning, im a superloop customer now.
Very happy with superloops 'support', because i didnt need it, didnt have to speak to a human at all, thats an advantage over most competitors to my knowledge, in the same league as ABB. Speed is really good, 100/40 is great.
The main pain point to me, and i consider it a very serious issue, is that you have to pay $5 to get a proper IP address, was put on CGNAT to start with, not even email client worked (because i have a subnet on my lan).
Was very close to calling ACCC, and i expect it will be investigated eventually, it should be required to be disclosed prior to signup that its not a proper internet connection unless you pay the extra $5.
