Good result from my perspective. The company quietly achieved that which the Board suggested. I would have loved a slightly higher div (say 0.7 cent) but the payout ratio was already at 63%.
Sensible decision really. Interest rates will certainly increase so managing funds and shareholder expectations is not easy. Let's hope that the five year goal is obtainable based on organic growth as acquisitions (to me) would not be sensible given gearing. Solid result. GLTAH.
