In the recent past when a patient presented with a wound infected needing debrideing it was cut out and packed with a gauze dressing to be reviewed later. Now we have PNVs products to fill the gap and prepare for future grafting or closure. A great advance and a reduction in time in hospital. Time means money! A great future!
