Unbelievable. They incurred additional tax liabilities and penalties of AUD9.4 million at Aristo, and they didn't even mention it in this press release!
In fact the penalty notice was received on 30 January 2023, and they never bothered to announce it to the market!
Plus they incurred AUD26.6m in impairment charges across both casinos....
Doesn't fill anyone with confidence about these guys.
