Yes, it's the regulatory uncertainty that is the real problem. A reminder that this company does business in - shall we say - "unreliable" jurisdictions. Just like the Aristo $9m tax bill that came out of the blue. Not to mention the concerns around the major shareholder and the people he has installed to run it.
Seems like the low share price is well justified...
