Gee wasn't that a saga... would hope I'm not making the same mistake here.
As far as I'm aware casinos require significant cash on hand to facilitate patronage and other requirements.
I believe a significant portion would be used for essentially working capital and not eligible to be earning interest.
But there's a lot to be still understood with this company. Either way, I think it's well worth a punt below 5c!
