Bill, I feel the opposite. I’m even more convinced that they are going about things in the right way. I think that Swami has well and truly made his mark.
With vascular treatments, it seems that the podiatrists couldn’t be trusted to prepare the wound bed properly (my interpolation).
By bringing into inpatient settings that can be controlled for better. I’d much prefer having a design that eliminates a possible spoiler of variable wound prep so that the benefits of the treatment over control are clear.
